Maury Microwave
was founded in 1957, provided the calibration kits for the famous HP8510 and released the first commercial automated impedance tuner system in 1987.
Maury Microwave developed industry leading load pull and noise parameter systems, measurement and modelling software, adapters, attenuators, VNA test cables,
coaxial and waveguide VNA calibration kits, calibration standards and microwave power amplifiers.
For information regarding the AM3200 pulsed IV system and the software packages IVCAD, VISION, IQSTAR and Whiteboard please turn to our AMCAD website.

1) The tuner is characterized with one set of states (physical tuner positions) that are selected to give a reasonable impedance spread over the frequency band of interest; and 2) the noise power measurement is swept over the frequency range at each state, so that the tuner only moves to each position once.

Mixed-Signal Active Load Pull Systems
MT1000 and MT2000 mixed-signal active load pull systems for high speeds of up to 1000 impedance/power states per minute with no limitation on Smith chart coverage.- Single-tone CW and pulsed-CW RF signal
- DC and pulsed-DC bias
- Time-domain NVNA voltage and current waveforms and load lines
- Frequencies between 1 MHz and 40 GHz
MMW-STUDIO Characterization Software for Millimetre-Wave up to 1.1 THz
MMW-STUDIO is a software suite designed by Vertigo to work with a 4-port VNA using waveguide extender modules. It adds accurate and repeatable high-resolution power control. The software enables the direct measurement of vector corrected power at the DUT reference plane, as well as control over the power delivered to the DUT.- Measure S-parameters at user-specified power levels
- Accurate and repeatable vector-corrected 50 Ω gain compression power sweep measurements
- Arbitrary impedance control / active load pull
- Measure fundamental powers, gain and efficiency at 50 Ω and arbitrary impedances
- Calibrated measurements at DUT reference plane
Noise Receiver Modules for Fast Noise Measurements
Maury's new ultra-fast noise parameter measurement method is able to improve overall calibration and measurement time by a factor of 100X-400X. The new method has two key features that contribute to the breakthrough speed improvement:1) The tuner is characterized with one set of states (physical tuner positions) that are selected to give a reasonable impedance spread over the frequency band of interest; and 2) the noise power measurement is swept over the frequency range at each state, so that the tuner only moves to each position once.
